NEW FOR 2015: TOMATO GRAFTING CLINIC
Are you interested in grafting your own tomato plants or learning more about why growers are utilizing interspecific hybrid rootstock to enhance production?
The Tomato Grafting Clinic will be set up throughout the conference (Friday and Saturday) and visitors will be able to learn more about this emerging technique. We will provide a self-guided “tour” of grafting including information related to the propagation and utilization of grafted plants in the Great Plains. Local experts will be available during the breaks to answer questions and demonstrate the grafting technique. A limited number of plants will be available for participants to try their hand at grafting and various healing chambers will be set up for demonstration.
