We do accept walk-in registrations during the conference, prices as follows.
- Thursday workshops are $55 per person (Student $25 with valid identification)
- Friday and Saturday are $45 per person, per day (Student $25 with valid identification)

Conference cancellation only occurs if Missouri Western State University (MWSU) closes its campus due to severe weather or road conditions. MWSU closing decisions are normally made by 6 a.m. and posted on the university's home page - www.missouriwestern.edu.
